13thMajor League Baseball announces an amended agreement on a new steroid-testing policy with the Players Association, effective from 2005 through 2008. The agreement calls for one random test and a suspension of 10 days for first-time offenders, 30 days for second-time offenders, and 60 days for third-time offenders.
